We DO NOT warrant or guarantee:

- Current operation status of businesses

In no event shall our total liability exceed ₱1,000 PHP.

11. Prohibited Uses
- Violate any Philippine laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access (hacking)
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Scrape data for commercial purposes
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Davao de Oro, Philippines.
